Great inventory, helpful staff. Treat yourself to a little bit of luxury. Try to hit the sales, twice a year. As a private member, I saved 30%...well worth it.

Alex was extremely helpful with picking out a few shoes even though it was close to closing time. He had a great attitude and made sure I didn't feel rushed while trying on different sizes and styles. He gave solid advice describing the different outfits each shoe would pair well with, and was upfront about the wear patterns I'd have with these vs the traditional leather material. Great customer service!

At first impression, I was not impressed. After it was clear that the sales woman wasn't interested in helping us a nice, well dressed gentleman came in to save the day. We were shopping for my fiance's wedding tuxedo. He is not stylish or confident in formal wear. Brandon did an excellent job taking over for styling us. He was kind, well-mannered, and more than confident helping us. I'd recommend him any day of the week. He also shipped our items complementary, as we live many states north of this destination. He saved the experience for us and the store.
